Key Specifications / Features

Wafer butterfly check valve has short face to face dimension (only 1/4~1/8 of the conventional flange check valve), small volume, light weight (1/4~1/20 of conventional flange check valve). Wafer butterfly check valve can be used for horizontal pipe lines and vertical pipe lines. The check valve also has the advantages of compact structure, beautiful modeling, long service life and excellent reliability. 
 
Check valve is used for pipeline to avoid refluence of medium. Check valve is an automatic valve that open and close by the medium pressure. In the past, flanged swing check valve and flanged lift check valve are widely used, but those valves have the disadvantages of large volume, fluid resistance, high water hammer pressure, hard installation and short service life. 
For that, based on American API Standards and German DIN Standards, combining with abundant experience on research, design and manufacturing, we develop wafer butterfly check valve wich is welcome in petroleum, metallurgy, power and other industries.
